Amazing Stay and Atmosfere!

The hotel has the best location in Hanoi Old Quarter. It is within walking distance to all main attractions. We stayed in the room on the third floor which was very comfortable. Also breakfast was very delicious. But the true gem of the hotel is hospitality of the hotel staff! Thanks to Jenny and all the team everything was amazing. They helped us with sim card installation, organization of cruising on Halong Bay, transportation to further destionations, etc. We will definitely come back again! Highly recommended for couples and families with children.

The accommodation was clean & comfortable and the location was great. Staff were really friendly & spoke English which definitely helps makes things a bit easier when you’re in another country!! The breakfast was excellent, with different selections provided each morning including beautiful fresh fruit. There’s a great area upstairs where you can sip on a beer/cuppa looking down on the chaotic & amazing city streets of Hanoi.

We visited Hanoi during last week of October 2023. And I have no hesitation to say , out of all the hotels we stayed in Vietnam, we had the best hospitality at Holiday Emerald Hotel Hanoi. We had booked online a family room before hand and the concierges, Jenny and Kate , were more than eager to help us in every way. Since we were traveling with a 6 yr old kid and two septuagenarians, we had to be extra cautious and more informed. Jenny was like my go to dictionary for all sorts of queries I had , even before I landed there. She was prompt in her replies and gave us all sort of suggestions whenever we needed. The hotel has brilliant breakfast facility and it has enough options from continental to Vitenamese, buffet to a la carte. The food was fresh, tasty and warm. Drinking water is also available from the kitchen. We also booked our Halong Bay cruise through the hotel and it was quite comfortable as the cruise took care of our food and room choices, thanks to Jenny again. Since we checked in at midnight, we had plans throughout the next day right from early morning. She arranged for our cars and also our simcards and we didn't have to worry about wasting time to get it. If you plan to stay in Hanoi Old Quarters, this is a perfect hotel and you won't have to worry much about your stay. Bedroom is super comfortable and clean. And the location of the hotel is surprisingly a walking distance from all the top attractions including the Hoan Kiem Lake, Dong Xhuang Market, Thang Long water puppet show, train street and many more. The street is also lined with cafes and small local food joints. Superb hospitality and cooperation guaranteed from the hotel staffs.. Would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends in India.

I booked the Holiday Emerald Hotel in Hanoi based on the reviews and it EXCEEDED expectations. The warm hospitality, CENTRAL location, and well-appointed rooms created a comfortable retreat. Jenny at the front desk is the loveliest and most efficient concierge I have ever come across. The free breakfasts are brilliant, a balance of western and Vietnamese options. The hotel is GOOD VALUE. So clean and feels four star. A highly recommended choice for exploring the vibrant city of Hanoi.
